- - There are no refunds on downloaded pictures. Once they are downloaded, they cannot be undownloaded.
- - If you are going to print a larger picture (8x10 or larger), please view it in the gallery by clicking on it and selecting one of the larger sizes (L, XL, etc.). A picture may look "sharp" in a small size but may become "grainy" when made larger. This is due to several factors when the picture is taken including lighting conditions of the venue. Please be careful.
- - If there is a print size or merchandise that you want and do not see, send us an email and we will respond to you as quickly as we can.
- - The printmark on a printmarked downloaded photo is the symbol you see in this section at the upper left. It will be placed in the lower right-hand of the photo at a fairly small size. It is not the extra-large watermark you see displayed across most of the photos on the website.
